Apart from dive training, we are the only scuba diving center that offers swimming and life saving courses. We have a range of full and part time courses available and we have some of the most experienced dive staff base in the Klang Valley.

We invite all our swimmers to join this forum and share with us your fun and experience in conquering the water!

hey u all.. yea i'm kinda new here. first tym postin sumthin here too =p. anyways i jst joined dolphin swim team recently. and i love it here! its kewl and the training rox. its effective too =p i really enjoi training now. anyways to muh dear teamm8s, competition is commin up!!! in lyk about 2 months lol. so train hard and make mr lee proud!! woot!! =D

Hey...u enjoy the trainnign samore mz train more harder den us!cz u ar selangor swimmer mah...u mz get something come back to gv mr lee feel proud!samore means dat u ar the selangor swimmer is very geng wan...haha...

LOL. excuse me? u also go train hard la u. dun depend on me only haha. u also must go get medal or placing la.. then can become selangor swimmer. like me! XD and plus we're a team. so all of us must MAKE MR LEE PROUD OF US! yea! thts da way =p haha lol.
